The Opportunity at Culture Amp

The mission of the Global Executive Talent, Lead is to design and execute on the Global Executive Talent hiring Strategy. This will be achieved in close collaboration with our Executive Team, People & Experience and DEI Teams as well as peers across the Global Talent Leadership team. This role will also work strategically with external partners such as Talent Teams within our Venture Partners and our DEI alliances. As one of the members of the global talent acquisition leadership team you will help us to build meaningful engagement with future prospective executive talent(VP+) and ensure each candidate enjoys an inclusive hiring experience. We are on a mission to create the very best Culture First hiring experience for all our candidates, customers and team members!

Core responsibilities will include

  • Partner with the Global VP Talent, Talent Leadership and the VP Learning & Org Development to design the Global Executive Talent Hiring Strategy.
  • Partner with the Executive Team and CEO on Hiring Plans to build effect leadership bench in support of the companies growth plans
  • Collaborate with our L&OD VP and team to determine Leadership succession
  • Design and Execute key components of the mid to long term strategy including amplifying our talent brand within the global executive community through different channels such as events and online media
  • Lead a team that supports the identification of executive talent and enables delighting candidates in their hiring experience
  • Operate as “one team” with our DEI Team to evaluate ways to increase overall representation of minority groups across our Executive team, using talent insights to guide us to the spaces we can bring more intention
  • Inspire our recruiting team by role modelling our values and leading with a mission driven mindset.
  • Bring an outside in perspective on the changing landscape of Executives in the Tech and associated industries to enable us to continuously elevate our leadership impact

  • Communication & Collaboration - Highly competent in communicating at all levels of the organization and all sizes, in particular at the Executive Level. You demonstrate the ability to navigate ambiguous environments and influence.
  • Developer of Talent - You can demonstrate how you have helped raise the bar on talent, utilizing your coaching and development skills.
  • Program Management Expertise - You bring Executive Recruitment experience that will accelerate our ability to build external leadership succession and delight in the hiring experience.
